Return Policy

1. Return conditions

• Products defective due to manufacturer issues
• Products delivered with wrong model or quantity
• Products damaged during shipping

2. Return period

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

3. Return process

1. Contact HV-TATUSUPPLY via Zalo or email
2. Provide the order code and photos/videos of the defective product
3. Wait for customer service confirmation (within 24 hours)
4. Send the product back according to the instructions
5. Receive a replacement product or refund within 3-5 working days

4. Notes

• Returns are not accepted for used products (opened tattoo ink, used needles)
• Return shipping costs are covered by HV-TATUSUPPLY if the issue is caused by the shop
• Discounted products are still covered by the return policy
